Welcome to Under 45 CEOs ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your registration, attendance, and participation in the Under 45 CEOs Business & Leadership Summit 2026 (the "Event"). By registering for the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Event is organized by Ultimate Destiny Uplifters Foundation (UDUF Africa), a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and leaders across Africa. The Event takes place on October 10, 2026 in Onitsha, Anambra State, Nigeria.
2.1 All ticket prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
2.2 Early Bird discounts are available until the specified deadline. After the deadline, regular ticket prices apply.
2.3 Payment must be made via bank transfer to the official account details provided during checkout.
2.4 Your registration is only confirmed after we receive your payment and verify your receipt.
2.5 All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another person upon written request to our support team.
3.1 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.
3.2 Each attendee must be registered individually with their own information.
3.3 Attendees under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
3.4 Under 45 CEOs reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, harassing, or violates our code of conduct.
4.1 Under 45 CEOs reserves the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, speakers, and venue at any time without prior notice.
4.2 In the event of cancellation of the Event due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), tickets will be converted to virtual access or transferred to the next edition. Refunds may be offered at our discretion.
4.3 Force majeure includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, or any other event outside our reasonable control.
By attending the Event, you agree to:
6.1 By attending the Event, you grant Under 45 CEOs and UDUF Africa the irrevocable right to take photographs and record video/audio of the Event.
6.2 You agree that these materials may be used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation to you.
6.3 If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a member of our staff or avoid designated photography areas.
7.1 All content presented at the Event, including but not limited to presentations, slides, handouts, and recordings, is the intellectual property of Under 45 CEOs or the respective speakers.
7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Event content without explicit written permission.
7.3 The Under 45 CEOs name, logo, and branding are trademarks owned by UDUF Africa and may not be used without permission.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Under 45 CEOs and UDUF Africa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your attendance at the Event.
8.2 You acknowledge that attendance at the Event is voluntary and assumes all risks associated with travel, participation, and interaction with others.
8.3 Under 45 CEOs is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property, personal injury, or any other harm occurring at the Event.
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to such collection and use of your information.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Anambra State, Nigeria.
Under 45 CEOs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in the Event constitutes acceptance of any changes.
